DOT Employment Verifications

New South Express is now processing all DOT Employment Verification Requests through Tenstreet.

Tenstreet offers free online employment verification for DOT permissible purposes. Users can obtain Drug and Alcohol, Accident and Employment Verification through the online site.

Before you can log in to request the information you need, you will need a free account on the Tenstreet website.

• Please go to www.Tenstreet.com
• In the top left, you will find yellow text that reads ‘Click Here to verify Employment’
• When you click this link you will be asked a series of questions to determine your DOT permissible purpose.
• As you go through the questions, you can select ‘change my selections’ to return to the first question.
• Once you have submitted your information, we will review it and send your registration information via email in 24 hours. 

Once you have the registration information, you can go to www.tenstreet.com and select ‘carrier login’ on the top right to log into the system to request the employment verification. You will need to upload a signed release from the driver for the providing company to review. Please understand that a response is not immediate. You are requesting the information through our system, the company you are requesting the information from will still need to release it to you. Per DOT Regulations, companies have 30 days to respond to your request. In many cases, it does not take 30 days to receive the information you request.
